We used Mindful Mornings in our workplace and it starts your day off in the most inspired way. I was able to build relationships with colleagues from from different departments and learn about their projects and challenges. It helped me to become a better person, employee, while making wonderful new friendships. In addition to helping me be a more creative problem solver and finding balance in my life.
I helped start up a Mindful Mornings group in my office. Many of the passages we talked about were so timely and helpful. Our group has been able to share and learn from each other. It has been a truly rewarding experience.I would encourage anyone wanting to start a group to look at the benefit sheet, FAQs and training materials on the mindful-mornings site.
In our office, we have been hosting "Mindful Mornings"every Monday using passages from your book. It's been a great way to take time and reflect about our lives and how to make them more fulfilling and rewarding. It's also been a time to get to know our work colleagues a little better. I would recommend this to other offices as a positive way to start the week.
This was such a great book to read and easy to use! You will certainly contribute to a more productive, engaging, and inspiring workplace after reading this book and sharing it with others.
