Ready to kick off Mindful Mornings? I’ve created a free training course, just for you! By the end of this training, you will:

  • Determine where/when to host your Mindful Morning
  • Take actions to motivate humans to attend
  • Successfully begin and end a Mindful Morning session
  • Create an environment where people feel safe and heard
  • Encourage meaningful conversation
  • Navigate oversharing and emotions with grace

To accomplish all of this, you’ll use a Getting Started Worksheet to create a customized kick off plan and practice facilitating a Mindful Morning using tips throughout the worksheet.
